I earned my Ph.D in Management from Warwick Business School (WBS) in September 2018. Currently I am completing a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at WBS evaluating the UK National Health Service (NHS) partnership with Virginia Mason Institute (USA).
My current research interests include healthcare quality and safety management, specifically how healthcare professionals respond to organizational failure, the recovery trajectory of these ‘second victims’, and how an explicit 'psychological contract' between a system regulator and hospital CEOs was created and maintained throughout a five-year partnership to transform the quality and efficiency of care delivery.
Drawing on 10+ years of international health and insurance industry management experience, I acquired specialist knowledge and expertise which influences my research and teaching. Most recently I was Risk Manager of a large integrated hospital system in Canada.
